A customs-licensed depot

Our depot in Germiston stores, stages, examines, packs and unpacks containers, cleared or not.

Not cleared yet?

We’re a licensed remover of goods in bond, so uncleared cargo can move under customs control to a depot.

Where we operate

Questions

Cargo questions

Can’t find your answer? Our team is a phone call away.

Call 011 873 4786
What cargo do you move?

Full containers, your share of a shared container (LCL), dangerous goods, refrigerated containers, local cartage, airfreight from O.R. Tambo, machinery and abnormal loads. The cargo finder on this page points you to the service that fits.

Which routes do you run?

Our corridor is the N3 between Durban port and Gauteng, where we carry a large share of the import and export traffic. We work from our depot in Germiston and our office in Durban. On another route, tell us where from and to, and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s one we run.

How big is your fleet?

More than 100 heavy commercial vehicles are on the road every day, including 50 company-owned line-haul vehicles, with a subcontractor base of more than 200 vehicles.

Can you move cargo that isn’t cleared?

Yes. We’re a licensed remover of goods in bond, with our road bond guarantee lodged with customs, so uncleared cargo can move under customs control.

See Bonded Cargo Transporters

Do you carry dangerous goods?

Yes: every class except class 1 explosives, with hazchem vehicles, trained crews and a tremcard for every UN-numbered product.

See Dangerous Goods Transport

What about refrigerated cargo?

Reefers move on our underslung gensets, and the set temperature holds from the moment we load until final offloading. Our Germiston depot has 20 plug points for staging.

How do I follow my cargo?

Our control centre monitors every vehicle around the clock with satellite tracking, and you get status updates by email from your instruction to final delivery, with one service advisor to call.

Can you store it too?

Yes. Our customs-licensed depot in Germiston stores and stages containers, and we have bonded and duty-free warehousing in Johannesburg and Durban.

What do you need from me?

What it is, how much there is (containers, pallets or pieces, with sizes and weights), where it comes from and goes to, whether it’s cleared, and when it needs to move.

How much does it cost?

Every move is different, so we don’t publish prices. Answer the seven short questions in the quote form, add the cargo finder if you like, and we come back with a quote.
